Its a rare occasion when Newfound Boat Club, Newfound Lake boating access appears on the market.  Slips both for sale and rent may appear on this site from time to time.

The Newfound Boat Club has slips which are deeded up to a generous size of 25 feet.  There is ample parking on the private club parking lot for your vehicle and/or boat trailer.  Electricity is available at all dock slips in the Newfound Boat Club.  A clubhouse exists on the grounds with exclusive access to its members (or their renters) only.  The Newfound Boat Club is a gated boat condominium association with a number of boat slips and it is situated on the Fowler River which forms a lush, tranquil and direct channel that leads into the spectacular wide open view of Newfound Lake.  The second largest lake within the state of New Hampshire.



Wellington State Park contains a beach, and access to a number of individual islands.  There are numerous hidden coves along the shoreline of Newfound Lake, just perfect for snorkeling or setting up your own private beach picnic.



This is a classic shot of Newfound.  You can see a prime example of the rolling hills and mountains that form the 'valley of the lake'.  Most days, the lake is calm and the water is like a sheet of glass.

There are very few boat dock condominiums available for rent on Newfound Lake NH as of the start of April 2007.  A primary reason for this is because the typical Newfound Lake boat dock has been recently re-assessed by the town of Bristol NH for about $60,000 with sales prices as high as $64,900 as of this time.  Buying one may also be an option for you and there are a few currently on the market.  The high cost of this water access asset is the primary driving factor behind the size of the rental fee.  You can email the webmaster of this site for information on any dock for sale or rent.   If renting, you will also be asked to escrow a fee of $100 to be able to hold the key card for gated access into the boat club driveway.  This $100 would be refunded to you at the end of the season when you return the key card.  A typical rental season is late May until about mid October.

Newfound Lake is surrounded by lush hills and mountains.  Hiking trails are numerous and this one is a view from the top, overlooking some offshoot channels and islands.
